Non-US Domains
RapidSystem can
set up and host domains for non-US businesses and individuals. Since
the domain resides on servers in the U.S., it appears like any other
US domain. You have access to your site no matter where you are
in the world. We currently serve many non-US domains.
RapidSystem can host your non-U.S. domain name, but you will be
responsible to register your domain name with the proper local authority
within your country. Upon activating your account, RapidSystem will
provide you with an IP address and Name Server information that
should be used on the domain application form within your country.
Here are the steps for activating a non-US domain:
- Check with the agency in your country who manages domain names
to obtain their registration procedures. You also need to get
the proper form or template that is required for the registration.
- To get started please select the plan
that fits your needs and input your domain name (ie. your_company_name.de
or your_company_name.es) when requested.
- RapidSystem will
email you an activation notice that will include an IP address.
- Complete the necessary information on your domain form or template
provided to you from the local authority within your country and
be sure to include the IP address that was provided by RapidSystem.
